Selecting a Kingdom/Officer

At first, you can only choose from Wei's Cao Cao, Wu's Sun Jian, or Shu's Liu Bei. As the game progresses, you will be able to choose from other kingdoms and officers.
Each kingdom has their own story, and depending on the officer, the starting and ending chapters will differ.

Chapter Progression and Missions/Requests

Stories are comprised of multiple chapters.
Each chapter has a number of "Key Missions." Progress to the next chapter by completing each of these Missions.
In addition to Key Missions, there are also multiple regular "Missions." By completing these Missions, you can gain advantages in battle, such as allowing allies to advance, and lower the difficulty level (Lv.) of Key Missions. In addition, by completing "Requests," you can raise your level, and with the gold you have accumulated, you can properly equip your character to gain even more of an advantage.
It is up to the player to decide which Missions and Requests to accept. Consider the path you need to take to complete Key Missions and act accordingly.
