Parliament Screen

The seasonally held parliament is where you set the main policies for the unification of the country.
Military, personnel, and other actions relating to the force as a whole are taken in the Strategy section, while missions are assigned to develop the cities in the Mission section.

An overview of the city's basic information.

City Gold, Gold Received Next Season

Gold is used to pay officers' stipends, carry out strategies, and employ troops, siege weapons, and ships when marching.
Your gold will increase each season based on your seasonal gold income. Seasonal gold income can be increased by improving commerce and public order.

City Supplies, Supplies Received Next July

A city's supplies are consumed in July of each year according to the number of troops stationed there. In addition, supplies are consumed daily during battles according to the number of soldiers in your units.
Your supplies will also increase in July of each year according to your yearly supply income. You can increase your yearly supply income by improving development and public order.

Troops, Troops Received Next Season

Troops fight in battles.
Your troops will increase each season according to your seasonal soldier income. You can increase the number of your troops by conscripting new soldiers.

The number of commands you can give or suggest. Varies according to your status.

3Parliament Commands

Here you can set the policies for your divisions, recruit officers, march on other cities, and increase your troops.
Select Continue to finalize parliament commands and view the Mission screen.

Personnel Employ officers or transfer officers to or from other cities.
It is important to utilize strong personnel in the right places.
Military Conscript troops and capture cities.
Building up a large number of troops and capturing other cities is the basic flow to unifying the country.
Diplomacy Form alliances or coalitions with other forces.
If you cannot survive turbulent times on your own, it can be effective to temporarily form alliances with other forces.
Plots Sabotage other forces' cities and officers.
If you cannot capture a city with your troops, create an opening with your wits.
Policy Give instructions to your divisions and cities.
As the territory under your control expands, it becomes difficult to give detailed instructions to all of your subordinates. Trusting and delegating to subordinates is an important part of a leader's job.
Espionage Find out information about other cities.
Marching, plots, and other maneuvers are more likely to succeed if you know your enemy.

4Settings

Check information and save/load the game.

Relationship Chart An overview of the protagonist's relationships.
Player Character Info View the protagonist's abilities, skills, and other details.
Map View the map.
Info Check information about cities, officers, and other topics.
Options Save/load the game or access the Options menu. You can also check the scenario settings or switch to demo mode (let the AI take control). Unlock scenarios, portraits, and more in the Bonuses section by fulfilling certain conditions.

Rulers, Viceroys, and Governors

These officers are able to execute as many strategy commands as they have Strategy Points.

Tacticians and Common Officers

These officers are able to suggest strategy commands.
Strategic suggestions made using a privilege will always be approved and executed. Privileges are earned upon promotion or when you are praised for your accomplishments in a mission.

Mission Screen

Assign missions to each officer.
Officers who are given missions will carry out domestic actions on the City screen in order to accomplish them.
Domestic actions come in five categories: Cultivate Land, Commerce, Science, Repair, and Public Order.

Only displayed if the protagonist is a ruler, viceroy, or governor.

Auto Automatically assign missions to officers.
Continue Assign missions in the same way as in the previous season.
Clear All Clear all assignments.

Rulers, Viceroys, and Governors

These officers can assign missions to their retainers.
Officers with good abilities and high motivation are more likely to do well.

Tacticians and Common Officers

These officers can volunteer for missions.
You will earn Merit for your accomplishments on missions and gain privileges as you rise through the ranks.
Be proactive and volunteer for missions in which you excel.
When you receive a mission, carry out the relevant domestic actions to complete it.
