Home (Inn)
| Interactions | You can interact with officers to increase your trust with them. If you discuss topics they are interested in and gift them items they enjoy, your trust will improve even further. Interactions include the following actions: - Discuss - Hold a discussion with an officer to improve their trust. This can also trigger Sympathy. - Gift - Give an item to an officer to greatly improve your relationship with that officer. - Employ (if you are a ruler/chieftain)/Recruit (if you have any other status) - Invite an officer to join your force. - Practice - Challenge an officer to a duel to gain experience. - Discussion - Challenge an officer to a debate to gain experience. |

| Banquet | Hold banquets to improve your trust with multiple officers. The amount of food and number of attendees will affect the atmosphere of the banquet as well as how much your trust will improve. Depending on your reputation or notoriety, some officers may refuse to attend your banquet. Banquets may be held once a month, so you can use them to efficiently improve your relationships with other officers. However, you will not be able to invite officers you don't know or are on bad terms with. |
| Train | Earn experience by training. Accumulate enough relevant experience and you will be able to improve your abilities. |
| Learn | Learn tactics and skills by consuming the appropriate Wisdom. Wisdom is obtained through various actions, such as battles and inquiries, and can also be imparted through interactions with other officers. There are some tactics and skills that can only be acquired after all other skills and tactics of the same type are upgraded to level 3. |
| Resign | Leave the force and become a free officer. |
| Rise Up | If you are a free officer, you can become the chieftain of a vagrant army. A vagrant army is formed when you recruit at least 1 supporter in the city. You will find it easier to gain supporters if your trust level is high or you are in a Synergetic relationship with the officer. |
| Rest | Transition to the next month and recover your Action Points. |
Palace
| Treasury | If you are a ruler, viceroy, or governor, you can deposit or withdraw city gold or your personal gold. |

| Service | If you are a free officer, you can choose to serve the force that controls the current city. |
| Slander | Spread unfavorable rumors around the city. If this succeeds, the loyalty of the target officer will decrease, and your notorious reputation will grow. If it fails, the target officer's trust will decrease instead. |
Tavern
| Accept Request | Accept requests. Completing requests will help you to acquire gold and grow your reputation. |

Farmland
| Cultivate Land | Improves agriculture. Influenced by the POL ability and the Farming skill. Agriculture affects your yearly supply income. A city's supplies are consumed in July of each year according to the number of troops stationed there. In addition, supplies are consumed daily during battles according to the number of soldiers in your units. Your supplies will also increase in July of each year based on your yearly supply income. You can increase your yearly supply income by improving development and public order. |

Market
| Commerce | Improves commerce. Influenced by the POL ability and the Business skill. Commerce affects your seasonal gold income. Gold is used to pay officers' stipends, carry out strategies, and employ troops, siege weapons, and ships when marching. Your gold will increase each season based on your seasonal gold income. You can increase your seasonal gold income by improving commerce and public order. |

Workshop
| Science | Improves Science. Influenced by the INT ability and the Inventing skill. When a city's Science level reaches 1000 and 2000, it will receive a Science Text. Acquired Science Texts belong to the entire force. New scientific developments can be made by using the Science command, found in the Military section of the Parliament menu. Unlocking new scientific developments will allow you to select new troop types and powerful siege weapons when marching. |

Castle Gate
| Repair | Improves defense. Influenced by the LEA ability and the Fortification skill. Affects city durability during battles. The higher the value, the greater your advantage when fighting as the defending side. |

| Loot | Loot city gold. Looting requires a notoriety of 1000 or more. |
| Leave | Travel to another city. Returning to your own city will not consume Action Points. Even if you don't take this action, you will automatically be returned to your home city at the beginning of each month. You can only visit cities adjacent to the cities controlled by your affiliated force. Forming an alliance with another force does not change your movement limits. However, vagrant armies and free officers have no movement limits. |
| Relocate | Move your home to another city. Free officers can use this command, and if your spouse is a free officer located in the same city, they will move with you. You can select any city to relocate to. |
Garrison
| Public Order |
Improves public order. Influenced by the STR ability and the Security skill. Affects gold income, supply income, and the draft population. When public order is low, public unrest and revolts will occur. |
