Battle Preparation
In Battle Preparation, you can change the characters' equipment and manage Core Crystals.
Stats
Here you can view the characters' stats.
Lv.
This is the character's level. The higher it is, the higher your abilities will become. When you gain enough experience points, you will level up.
Next
This shows how many more experience points you need to reach the next level.
HP
This will go down as you take damage. If it reaches zero, you will be knocked out.
HP will fully recover when you return to your base.
ATK
Affects damage dealt to enemies.
DEF
Affects damage taken from enemies.
SPD
Affects the turn order and critical rate.
Equipment Quality
This is affected by the total quality value of your equipped items (weapons, armor, and accessories).
The higher the value, the higher the bonus to your ATK, DEF, and SPD.
Dexterity
Affects your Core Items.
If an item's level is higher than this value, its effectiveness will be reduced.
Elemental Resistance
This shows your elemental resistances.
Core Charge
This is the maximum value of CC (Core Charge) which will be consumed when using Core Items.
Roles
Roles indicate the character's fighting style, such as "Attacker" or "Defender." Equipping items with a specific type of effects will give your character the corresponding role.
Stats will be affected depending on the role, and roles can be changed depending on the equipment.
Examples of roles:
Attacker | Increases ATK and critical rate. | |
---|---|---|
Defender | Increases DEF and damage reduction rate when guarding. | |
Supporter | Increases SPD and grants additional AP when using normal attacks. |
Skills
You can view Active Skills, Passive Skills, and Order Skills.
Active Skills
These skills are unleashed in battle by consuming AP. Regular attacks will not consume AP.
When you level up, you will gain more usable active skills.
Passive Skills
These skills will automatically be used in battle. You can learn new passive skills by completing Party Quests.
Order Skills
During battles, your allies may make suggestions (Action Orders) to the character you are controlling. If you complete them, the character who made the suggestion will unleash a powerful Order Skill.
Some skills will gain additional effects as your Tactics Level increases.
You can customize which skills to unleash by pressing the assigned button while viewing the list of Order Skills.
