Announcing the #RyzaMosaicArtNA campaign, starting on October 20, 2020!
Hi there! How did you spend your summer?
Inspired by the summer adventure of Ryza and friends, we are launching a campaign to collect your photos about
Atelier Ryza and/or summer memories to create a photo mosaic!

"Atelier Ryza" related photos can be anything related to Atelier Ryza such as photos taken from the Photo Mode of
Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, photos of the life-sized Ryza statue, game package, merchandise, etc.

"Summer memories" can be photos of your summer experiences from this year or years past!

Overview

Post your photos using the hashtag #RyzaMosaicArtNA, and you will also have a chance to win original merchandise! More prizes will be added as the total number of posts increase. Multiple posts are welcomed so be sure to contribute!
Let’s create a picture of Ryza together with everyone's photos!
The final photo mosaic will be posted on the official website.

Campaign Period

October 20, 2020 (Tue.) - November 8, 2020 (Sun.) 6:59 AM PST

Photos posted before October 20 will not be included. To have these photos included,
please re-post them during the campaign period with the hashtag #RyzaMosaicArtNA.

Prizes

Winners will be randomly selected.
The total amount listed for both posts and prizes is a combined worldwide total.

2. Tweet your photos about Ryza or your summer memories with the hashtag #RyzaMosaicArtNA Tweet to enter!

Precautions & Rules

Submission Precautions

Multiple separate submissions are allowed.
Photographs that feature character(s) or images that are not from the Atelier series will not be accepted. Please be careful especially for "summer memory" photo submissions.
Any photographs submitted to this campaign may be posted to the Koei Tecmo Games and group company websites and official Twitter accounts. Please be careful regarding including any personal information within your submission posts.

Terms of Submissions

All participants must follow the Twitter Terms of Service.
Winners will be notified via Twitter DM from the KOEI TECMO AMERICA (@KoeiTecmoUS) Twitter account.
Entries will be disqualified if posts (Tweets) are deleted before the campaign period ends or the participant unfollows the KOEI TECMO AMERICA (@KoeiTecmoUS) Twitter account.
Private Twitter accounts are not eligible.
Prize winners will be disqualified if their Twitter account displays of any of the following:
・Anything that may infringe or is likely to infringe on any intellectual property rights, property rights, or other legal rights held by Koei Tecmo Games or any other third parties
・Anything that is likely to incite criminal acts
・Any actions with the purpose of making a profit
・Anything that causes damage to or is likely to cause damage to the reputation or trust of Koei Tecmo Games or any other third parties
・Anything else that Koei Tecmo Games deems inappropriate
Any of the submissions or the completed Mosaic Art may be displayed on any of the official Koei Tecmo group social media accounts, official website, live streams/broadcasts (including archived videos), and by making a submission you agree that you will not dispute the use of your submission by Koei Tecmo Games. The aforementioned displayed posts or content may be used in future Atelier series sales promotions.
Any submissions and the completed Mosaic Art may be altered. The copyright of the completed Mosaic Art and the design rights will revert to Koei Tecmo Games.
Participants will be required to provide their physical address information for the purposes of sending out prizes. Personal information will only be used for the purposes of running this campaign, including contacting the participant and/or sending prizes. Participants' personal information will be maintained in accordance with the privacy policies of the Koei Tecmo group and may be kept for a certain period as deemed necessary. Participants' personal information will not be offered to or shared with any third party without the consent of the participant, except as required by law upon request by courts, government, or similar organization.
Anyone under the age of 18 will need to receive permission from their legal guardian prior to entering this campaign.
Resale or transfer of prizes is prohibited.
The details of this campaign may be revised without prior notice.

By making a submission through Twitter to this campaign, you automatically are deemed to have fully understood all terms and conditions of this campaign and agreed to comply with all of them.
